WHERE WE EAT: Pizza Lovers Unite, this quirky little Restaurant is the BOMBA. We go through phases of exploring the island and we have been combing through the town of Genova recently to find good eats! Pizza and Pa amb Oli's is what you can find at Sa Ximbomba and they are done to perfection. The interior Restaurant is fun, like being in an Italian/Mallorcan Carnival hosted by a French Beetlejuice. The exterior courtyard is where they have their Naples style pizza oven and a bougainvillea draped patio to enjoy during the summer months. We had the starter of burrata (which in all honesty was served very cold and didn't let the cheese really showcase it's gorgeous creamy center) and shared 2 of the speciality pizzas. Just a few weeks ago I brought people from Brooklyn to this spot for a swim and a relaxing lunch. The waves were as high as the Restaurant on the cliff. This past weekend I took people on a yacht and requested a paddle board for the kids to have a fun activity. It was both kids first time on a board and they didn't fall over once.
