Logans Beach : Winter, dawn . . . by Clement Tang * Almost every year between June and September, female Southern Right whales return to the waters of Warrnambool’s Logans Beach to calve. The whales often swim within a hundred metres of the shore. This images was taken before there was sufficient light to see the whales. Warrnambool is a city on the south-western coast of Victoria, Australia. Situated on the Princes Highway, Warrnambool marks the western end of the Great Ocean Road and the southern end of the Hopkins Highway. https://flic.kr/p/2maqXZt
