22nd of August, Rowing squats? Still need to practice some more but this movement targets the whole body as tensions builds in arms, legs and core. Trying to synchronize legs and arms forces the core to stabilize which also works the core in a very satisfying way. I was even feeling great tension in my toes! 19th of july, I think I should dub this circuit the shoulder slayer. Because my shoulders were burning like crazy. Good in general for the upper body and core but absolutely excellent for the shoulders. I was using the heaviest wheel available here. This was a set of 5 repetitions for each exercise. For clarity each individual video, 17th of july, I quickly figured out that the rest needed between sets needed to be quite substantial. I am used to taking 1 minute rest before going again I was forced to rest 2 minutes or more before I could go again! I made this video trying to clearly show the difference between the 4 wheels. With faster wheels you can go for more reps before burning out. The heavier wheels I did 4 reps for each exercise and 2 circuits. The 0.1 wheel I did 1 set of 8 reps for each exercise plus the circuit shown in the video. The 0.05 wheel I did 12 reps for each exercise for the last circuit plus the circuit of reps as shown in the video. I was extremely exhausted after my last circuit. 6th of july, Today was the day, the day I hoisted, lifted or whatever word you like to use but my first 200kg deadlift was accomplished! Roughly 445 lbs for the ones who wants to know. I feel I have 2 big thanks to give. Thanks to @coneline_training and their amazing machine helping me increase my strength. And a big thanks to @gattitraining. I somehow feel especially happy to do my biggest lift in my life with Gatti. I feel I want to continue making big lifts at this gym. It feels like I am honoring their spirit and camaraderie if I do my big lifts there. Yesterday I did a 135kg bench press which is I am also very happy to have done at the Gatti training facility. I feel Gatti training have a soul, they love what they do and they love to share their enthusiasm. I especially like their effort to help the physical development different youth sports teams. Making me which I had their support when I was between the ages of 12-18 years. So they could have helped me be a better athlete then and of course even better today.
