As someone who has always headcanoned Wenda as a tomboy who wouldn't be caught dead wearing makeup, imo there's genuinely nothing wrong with her being portrayed as (traditionally) feminine, whether in canon or fanon (bc I've seen some people speak against this, unless I'm misunderstanding?)

As for me personally I prefer Wenda as a tomboy bc it's a nice contrast to Vineria and Pinki who are both more traditionally feminine, plus Wenda doesn't wear eyeshadow or accessories so I thought it was fitting

Anyways I now headcanon that perfume (mentioned in the q&a iirc) is the ONLY remotely feminine thing she likes to wear, absolutely nothing else. And even then she likes to switch between fragrances for different genders
