Confession #96

"I think T'Lyn and Mariner would make a good couple. They have a lot of chemistry and it's Romantic to think T'Lyn saved Mariner/ the Cerritos before they knew eachother. Plus, they are very cute together."

“Even if it is true that having a miraculous is a responsibility, not a reward, then what reason does Master Fu have to give Chloe a miraculous if he does? I don't want her to get a miraculous just because she did a couple of nice things or has a temper/sharp-tongue. I also don't want her to get a miraculous by mistake, because that's plain stupid. And before anyone says Marinette and Adrien weren't fit to be superheroes at first neither, well at least for the most part now their still caring, smart and mature (also, they JUST become superheroes).

This spoiled brat can barley do a project on her own. She manipulates her supposed to be friend to do it. Not mention she got a student suspended for two weeks for just looking in her locker, got her friend's dad fired for a stupid bracelet, rip someone ELSES letter apart, bullied a sweet girl for years and just other cruel actions of a person who doesn't deserve a miraculous. We don't even know if she will use the bee miraculous for good or for her own benefit. People are right, being a superhero is a reasonability, but I also think it should also be an award.

Chloe barley has done anything so far to prove that she has some redeemable traits (and no, being a drama queen or egotistical isn’t funny, it’s annoying coming from someone like her) and the ONE episode where she tries to be nice, she goes back to her old ways right after Adrien is friends with again (which is phony because wouldn’t you WANT to at least try to keep on being nice to keep his friendship? Because Adrien’s friendship is the very reason why you were trying to be nice right?). Chloe needs to change if she gets a miraculous and I don't want her redemption arc to be badly done or easy. I feel like she needs to work for it and AWKNOWLEGE her foul actions towards people and apologize!

I’m not saying that she needs to change her personality COMPLETELY. Heck, maybe she can still keep some aspects from her personality (snarky, a bit bossy, honest, maybe even a drama queen), but those traits with her being just plain cruel is NOT a good mix because her cruel behavior trumps all the decent parts about herself COMPETELY. I feel like her generally caring about people and trying to help out of the goodness of her heart while having the traits I explained toned down a bit can be a decent mix and she can become a great character. I just want her to change and stop blaming everyone for what happened to her.”

i definitely agree with you about the fandom not knowing how to just let things they don't like go without a nasty comment, but my confession is that no one in this fandom knows how to tag. half the fandom seems to WANT to start a ship war every time they post, or at least they post like they're a dog pissing on a tree to establish their dominance in a tag

a short PSA: you shouldn't put the tags of ships or characters that you're mocking or insulting or trying to prove isn't canon on your post, and you shouldn't put the tags of ships or characters that have nothing to do with your post, even if you think fans of that character/ship are also fans of what you post (maybe they are, but they sure weren't in that tag looking for that content at that moment)
