This lack of confidence usually stems from a belief that we are not enough. Whether we were bullied or belittled in our childhood, or we had some embarrassing experience that caused us to crawl into our shells, we CAN shift this belief. ⠀

Learning that we are enough, that we deserve to be seen and heard, that it is safe to do so, is one of the most life changing things we can do for ourselves. ⠀

Start to recognize those areas in which you don’t feel confident. Start to imagine how your life would be different if confidence was a natural part of who you are. Tell yourself everyday that you are enough, and begin to make this change for yourself! This is something that you can learn and improve for yourself!⠀
