My grandma is just mere days from passing away, I'm completely exhausted but can't bring myself to go to sleep. In the past 5 days I've collectively gotten maybe 8 hours of sleep total. I'm so tired but I don't want to go to sleep. What is wrong with me?!

Appreciation post 4 myself. I've struggled with body image issues and self confidence issues and at 22 years old I'm finally FINALLY comfortable with my body. I was never really big, but the way I ate and my depression and anxiety had a hold on me, but I'm finally proud to say this is me, and im proud of the skin I'm in.
