we often use logan's language and speech patterns regardless of the space we're in or headmates who's fronting, and it's hard to unlearn. but I hope we do.

#sometimes it's for safety. and sometimes it's because it's easier #we have to be able to maintain logan and his persona but we also want to be able to be ourselves #which can be difficult due to the amount of energy keeping logan's ego takes #we have to center ourselves often #everything is just so exhausting #some of us have strong enough tones and speech patterns to speak as ourselves but many of us default to logan #out of ease and habit. and even though it may be for the best i wish we didn't.#it causes us stress when we default to the singletsona for too long #but i'm not completely sure what the best way to help with that would be. we aren't really in a place where we can learn #to unmask more #frieren.txt #confluence posting

we decided to call our group (of new splits) "misfit monsters" as just like. a group name. we're organics but from the same place/have exos.
