so we had another arrest in our department. this time a senior physician was arrested in dubai because she fled the country three years ago to come and work with us. she didn’t give them a notice, just took her children and left. now the stupid cow was on her way to korea for a congress and booked a flight with a stop in dubai. she ‘thought’ it might be fine because she’d be in transit. of course it’s not fine, she got arrested. no idea when she’ll come out...
