Starspawn pronounce punctuation like letters. Scylla once said “…” to her universe’s you and left him befuddled.

The closest thing to the way Starspawn pronounce “…” is “E-kekek”.

I have no difficulty imagining my reaction to that.

From what I have learned so far, it appears befitting that Magister Scylla would give sound to something that represents silence.
