Absolutely, here’s a few of my favourites:
Wherever You Will Be (That's Where I'll Call Home) [The DomesticVerse] by gyzym
[Arthur/Eames & minor Ariadne/Yusuf] Chances are you’ve probably already read most (if not all) of the stories in this series, but I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if I didn’t include it. There are eight stories in this series, you don’t have to read them all to enjoy them individually, but I suggest you do. This series has some of my favourite characterizations.
Presque Vu by rageprufrock
“Or, "on the tip of the tongue." Arthur meets Mal first. He inherits Dom, after. Everything else is on him.”
[Arthur/Eames & Mal/Cobb] This story is nearly 70,000 words and it’s probably the closest thing we’ll ever get to an Inception prequel. It does a beautiful job of exploring Arthur’s relationship with Mal, Eames and Cobb. It also might as well be canon. Just a beautiful story.
Mr. Eames and Mr. Eames by jibrailis
“Eames orders a mail order bride and gets Arthur.”
[Arthur/Eames & minor Ariadne/Yusuf] One of my absolute favourites. Basically this is my favourite Inception fake relationship AU. Its got comedy, its got action, and frankly, this story has the very best Eames first name reveal.
Can't Get Enough of You (Baby) by eternalbreath
“Eames vanishes from dreamshare and Arthur goes a little crazy looking for him until he stumbles across him -- with a baby.”
[Arthur/Eames] I don’t normally like Eames and Arthur as parents, but I have a real soft spot for this fic. It’s cute and if you like domestic fics, this one is great.
A Little Foolishness and a Lot of Curiosity by eleveninches
“Eames has got Arthur all wrong, but he's too busy trying to hit that to notice.”
[Arthur/Eames] A really fun story that has a unique take on Arthur’s character.
