Still embarrassed at how I realized I was Superboy.

I remember sometime last year, I saw art of him and said "who's this asshole?" And then I picked up the first issue of Young Justice, told my friends "do NOT let me kin Superboy"

... And now here we are, going on how many months in a shift? and at the top of my kinlist, my hair cut the same and wearing a leather jacket with the S shield sewn into the back.

Seventeen by Ladytron, Industry Baby by Lil Nas X, and When I Grow Up by Mayday Parade, and Celebrity Skin by Hole all make me think of my time as a teenager with a public image trying to be a star and being showered with fame and attention (for better or worse)

Sheer Heart Attack by Queen, Knock Em Dead Kid by Mötley Crüe, Attitude by Misfits, Learn To Fly by Foo Fighters, Identity by X-Ray Spex, and (unfortunately) Im So Humble by The Lonely Island are just the vibes I had in thr 90s comics as a whole.

I'm trying to think of more for like ... My more current stuff without making this incredibly long, because I have two entire playlists made and everything is unorganized lmao 😭

The escape room I work for has a zombie virus themed room where I get to be a zombie chained to the wall and my chains get longer every 15 minutes to scare and inconvenience the participants, and sometimes they get the chance to name the zombie... TONIGHT THEY NAMED ME SUPER!!!!! I was wearing Superman socks LMAO, but I was over the moon about it.

My coworker was trying really hard to get thrm to full on call me Superboy but ultimately they settled on just Super and I'm okay with that lol. They were a fun group too, got some good scares outta them and they eon with 3:39 minutes left to spare mwehehehehe >:3
