This goddamn fucking gifset (complimentary) is making me have fic ideas, so I'm just throwing it out here, because god knows the likelihood of me actually writing it is close to zero.

So, modern AU. Someone (Miles?) leaves Charlie and Bass each half of his country property/ranch/whatever. Connor is a city boy working for a developer/investor looking into buying the ranch - which C&B really want to sell , because both need money and won't share the property, no way in hell.

Except well, the property needs to remain as it is (either as a stipulation of the will or their sentimental insistence that that's what Miles would've wanted), so now they're showing the city boy around to convince him condos or resort and such won't fly.

Or maybe Connor's a bank employee, b/c the property is threatened by foreclosure because of debts and C&B having no money.

But they are trying to convince him to invest instead or give them a lone/extension so they can renovate/do something to run profit and pay off the debt.

(I guess in this case Connor wouldn't be Bass's son. But maybe he could unknowingly be Miles's, which would thicken the plot. (In this case Emma would have to be alive to tell him after she learns what he's working on.))

Option two is that it's Emma's property she leaves to Bass and Connor and Charlie is local real estate agent or something (and Bass's frenemy, obviously she knows him longer, maybe both have lived there for a while/knew Emma? and Connor was adopted and then orphaned and found her just before dying?), trying to get them on the same page what to do about it.

Anyway, I've given this too much thought.

Hmmmm.

Oh, yeah, in any case they fall in love, of course. :D Happy endings all around, you know me.

But, like I said, very low chance of me writing it, but I had to get it out of my mind. Hopefully. So I can sleep.

First up? The new QUEEN OF BTS CONTENT miss Tracy Spiridakos posted not once but TWICE to IG featuring CPD ⬇️⬇️

First one ofc being my fave (I’m a bit biased duh😜) because HELLO THEY ARE SUCH DORKS I HATE THEM GODDDDDD THEY ARE SO FUN UGH I LOVE ONE FRIENDSHIP AND ONE FRIENDSHIP ONLY BLESS TRACY SPIRIDAKOS AND JESSE LEE SOFFER FOR IT

& Tracy reunited with one of her Revolution costars for an episode of Chicago PD (the photo was most likely taken last weekend’s while they were filming, so I’d assume he’ll be in 804? 805? Whichever they’re finishing up now).

The challenge inside of her eyes and voice had provoked rage and hurt and jealousy and a fucked up wanting her even more because somehow his mind had already realized what Charlie’s choice to sleep with Connor had actually meant.

Because on their way back from New Vegas to Willoughby he had realized exactly what the fuck her sleeping with his kid had meant.’
