People used to make offensive racist and homophobic jokes on tv just because you think it wasn't 'intended' a certain way doesn't mean it's not an issue. It's a fact, he was drunk she wasn't and it was wrong. Obviously ED doesn't think that's an issue but just because a show doesn't acknowledge an issue doesn't mean it's not an issue. Hopefully one day it will change but right now there's clearly loads of people with their heads firmly shoved up their arses.

It is an issue. No matter if you like a character or not. No matter if a show acknowledges it or not, It is an issue.

The fact that so many people still don’t see it just makes it that more frustrating that Emmerdale is not aware.

i don't think i'll ever understand why people ship peter and steven. it's a semi-popular ship but i just don't understand what people see in it. does everything have to be a ship? i don't get it.

it's always so mischaracterized when i see it, too. steven was not a good boss and he and peter never had a great relationship. did y'all forget their entire character arc?

if you're going to do it at all at least do it right. maybe if i saw work of them where they were actually characterised correctly and they had like. a proper arc? maybe i would change my mind. but everything ive seen of them has been so shallow.

maybe i'm just salty because they always seem to be a side ship in the good fics i find. or maybe i just know them better. or maybe, just maybe... im still a little protective over my brother.

Stanley is enjoying playing his source. Back when he was controlled by the player, he couldn't make his own decisions - but now that he IS the player, the lack of control cancels itself out and he can happily convince himself that he can do whatever he wants.

He does wish he could talk in first person without feeling incredibly lonely, though.

Having severely conflicting feelings about someone sucks. On one hand I loved them, I cared about them so much. On the other, they were so bad for me. They were manipulative and didn’t respect boundaries.. and yet I still care for them and I miss them. I’m not sure what to do
