I saw a little bit of Suella Braverman talking in the TV the other day, and I am scared. I've seen the Cold War Steve collages of her mocked up as a modern day Hitler and now that doesn't seem like much of a exaggeration. Ever since Boris showed the parties true colours by partying through the pandemic, there's been a lot of talk about 'Conservative Values'. Suella talks about these values but doesn't elaborate on what they are. Instead choosing to attack 'woke nonsense' and Labour. Who has recently given them a bloody nose in the local elections. People have had enough of unelected prime ministers and mismanagement of our public institutions and the tide is beginning to turn. The tories won't give up their power without a fight and Suellas speech comes right out of the Qanon strategy of attacking anyone who challenges you by calling names and making accusations. Trump has shown that you can become incredibly powerful by lying, cheating and branding your enemies as Pedo-lizards, and the tories are probably going to follow in his footsteps. Remember that trans rights, climate change, the right to strike and protest and not sending immigrants to Africa are not examples of 'woke nonsense', these things actually matter. The tories are absolute scumbags but until we get rid of them they're going to keep getting worse.
