Welcome to my new weird fascination with console error messages!
This is known as ‘Fearful Harmony’, a sound made from the PS1 while attempting to read a non-PS1 disc. What happens is that during the bootup sequence, the console is trying to read invalid data and this causes the entire system to lag, creating this rather creepy but oddly relaxing chime effect.
(I think I did post on this before but I found a different video that doesn’t look anywhere near as seizure-inducing XD)
