CONSTABLE TUCKER & CONSTABLE HIGGINS INCORRECT TEXT POST
Oh, I can't wait for this!!!
By popular demand you may or may not be able to find the shirt designs on redbubble Axolotlsarts
So, I don't actually have photoshop, just printmaster... but that's not going to stop to me from making bad edits anyway... because I have nothing to do till the premiere. This one is of course going to be dedicated to @henryhigginstrashclub Henry's biggest fan!
I’m gonna be honest idk the thought process here
Put the bloody kettle on?
Constable George Crabtree (Jonny Harris), in response to Inspector Brackenreid’s “Crabtree!” at the end of On The Waterfront: Part II [S8E02].
Re-watching this made me realise that all our favorite Station House 4 coppers have once “quit” the force. Murdoch went to the Klondike, Brackenreid took up painting, Higgins tried the grand life (of Mimico aristocracy!) and of course, Crabtree ended up in jail. Luckily for us, they all came back to the Constabulary!
“I was thinking, I can’t imagine meeting a more honourable man than you, Henry Higgins, and if we have suffured a mishap, I suppose it only makes us stronger.”
I loved this scene, absolutely loved it. I loved that Ruth proposed to Henry, and that Henry was overjoyed, and didn’t for a second think it weird. And of course that they bumped their heads, when they were going for a kiss. I’m really happy we’ll have another Murdoch Mysteries wedding -I do hope Mrs. B will be the planner!- and Ruth ‘Ruru’ Newsome is definitely my favorite of the Mimico Newsomes (”Poor Roger” was entertaining, Rupert is just annoying).
