Unlike in 21st century England, where routine circumcision is basically unheard of, from the mid 19th century to the mid 20th century, circumcision was a marker of class in England. Upper class mothers near-universally circumcised their sons to prevent phimosis and all the problems they believed that lead to (including masturbation, cancer, epilepsy, and paralysis) while working class mothers mostly saw it as an unnecessary expense, only opting for it if they were Jewish.

Lady Chatterley's husband would certainly have been circumcised, and she certainly would have circumcised any sons she had with him, but things change when she falls in love with a lower class groundskeeper. In the 2022 film version of the story, he is shown to be uncircumcised, and when a pregnant Lady Chatterley renounces her wealth and title to be with him, she probably renounces circumcision as well.
