Happy St Patrick’s Day! From my dolls of Irish extraction. They’re not all full Irish, and all of them have different levels of connection to their heritage, but this is a holiday for the diaspora! So shut up and drink yer green beer!

The last doll of 2018 is the first doll post of 2019! Presenting Sasu, the druid of the wood, protector and custodian of the spirits that live there. She lives in a hollow tree, deep in the forest, and would be a total hermit if she could get away with it. Never wears shoes if she can help it, shoes interrupt her psychic connection to the grass...
She’s also Con’s great great somethingth grandniece. These things happen sometimes, when you wind up with a vampire in the family.
Art Vs Artist! the real reason i took selfies today
all the art I’m proudest of from this year has been doll faceups, and I actually finished all of these since last year’s AvsA! I only really do drawn art during inktober anymore, so this was easier than trying to find enough drawings. I’m gonna try to like, change that, this year, since I’ve remembered oh yeah i can totally paint? but I’m also really pleased with my output in dolls.
i’m doing my very first reroot right now! i decided i was doing a reroot instead of yarn wefts after I’d done the faceup RIP OH WELL
New year, new dress for Constance.
The girls go sledding: part 2
... and that’s enough of that, until they find a different, less steep hill. Neither Con nor Mary-Ann are as good at sledding as they thought they were
The girls go sledding, part 1! Bless Mary-Ann’s heart, she doesn’t let much get her down.
Featuring Constance, Isobelle, Julia and Mary-Ann. The foxwives & their friends~~ the group just keeps growing. One more, and they’ll be a proper coven
Knitted cape for autumn visiting
+ tiny basket!
Constance was another of my first repaints. I’ve learned a lot since then, so I thought I’d redo her to look a little more like herself. Darkened her hair some with markers too, mixed results Lazy pair of foxwives enjoys the afternoon sun~
