My tinnitus people....do you ever get confused by the sounds you're actually hearing around you? The sounds that are actually there? And all because the sounds sound too similar to your tinnitus so you're like "is it real or not?"?
Like, you hear cicadas outside but you're not sure if it's them cause it could be your tinnitus?
You're watching a movie and a scene with the "EEEEE" sound comes on and everyone's affected and you're like....."that was in the movie rn, wasn't it?"
You hear a typing machine sound and you're just sitting there like " O.o" ?
I'm genuinely curious because this is me 24/7.
