Denki Kaminari

-Immediately agrees to the activity when you bring it up (he's pretty much always down for anything anyways).

-He would try to fill the air with as many bubbles as he could.

-Then he tries to zap as many as possible. It reminds you of a dog jumping up and trying to bite them.

-He really likes the visibility of the activity, how it draws attention to your relationship so casually.

-He'd blow them all around you, running in a circle and snap a cute pic of you. (That he'd marvel at later, ofc.)

Hitoshi Shinso

-At your suggestion, he had just responded with "seriously?", unsure if you were joking.

-When you pull out the tubes, he chuckles lightly and rolls his eyes at the bright colors, and bats at one of yours lazily like a cat.

-He focuses his concentration on trying to make the biggest bubble, but they keep popping when they get to be a decent size, which frustrates him. Although, it makes it all the more satisfying when he finally does it.

-If you're dating, he'd kiss you, wanting to share his achievement. You'd just giggle at how seriously motivated he had been.

Dabi

-You pull out the bottles, and toss the neon blue one at Dabi. He doesn't react as if hits his chest with a small thud. "I don't have time for this, are you for real?" he responds gruffly, getting up to leave, setting the object aside.

-You pull him back down in that way only you were allowed to defy him, and tap on the bubbles. He sighs and resigns himself to blowing bubbles with you, and unscrews the container.

-He holds it between his fingers like he's using a cigarette, and puffs on it the same way. It isn't very effective, letting out short bursts of bubbles before the liquid immediately pops out of the wand.

-He lets out the first genuinely wholesome smile you've seen in ages as he contemplatively stares at the bubbles, taken back to his youth before it was stolen away from him.

Pokemon

Lord N

-He wasn't allowed such childish things in the palace, other than during highly structured playtime. He wasn't quite sure why you would be wanting to do it with him, but he agreed after seeing your passion.

-You remind him that pokemon use bubbles as well, not just humans. That really ignites a spark in him, and he pulls out carracosta, who roars and pops your bubbles with the sound.

-Him and his pokemon. What an untouchable bond. He giddily plays with carracosta, using the large wand to try and make bubbles as big as his, but carracosta takes a deep breath and breathes out one as big as your head, and you both resign yourselves.

-If you're in a relationship, he keeps a hand ghosting over yours to remind you that he doesn't forget about you, even in his shared moments with his pokemon.

Corbeau

-"I don't have time for your childish antics!" he bristles at you, denying your plea to go out. Seconds later, you're dragging the short man across the Rust Syndicate's Office to go outside. He fumes quietly, mumbling with that expression that's a mix of shock and annoyance that he always had at your audacity.

-Corbeau won't admit it, but it's a nice day and he was glad you had forced him outside. He lets out a small smile of apology for his behavior, but would never admit it.

-You start blowing bubbles, and he just watches you, no matter your insistence to join. Maybe he gives in and picks it up once to blow it, but that's about it. For him, it's more about enjoying being outside and being with you.

Jujitsu Kaisen

Gojo Satoru

-Despite your initial request being just to him, he immediately joined in on making it a moral boosting exercise, and organized a competition with his students. Typical Satoru, doing more than anyone expected.

-The two girls left together in annoyance when they saw that the 'mandatory training' was just blowing bubbles. Deflated, he tried convincing them but to no avail. The boys, on the other hand, were an entirely different story. They got excited and started placing low bets. You just shook your head. How on earth would it even work as a competition? It's not like you could measure the bubbles.

-He appointed you as the judge, much to your protests of not wanting to get between people like that, and he encouraged them all to try and use their curse techniques to do their best, reminding them that a good sorcerer could use all the tools at their disposal and make up new methods on the fly.

-None of them could figure out how to use their methods to actually boost anything, but boy was it silly to watch them try. Megami was hardly participating, but when he brought out his frog shinigami, everyone thought that you might have the winner, if he had some sort of bubble power... which he didn't.

-In the end, Gojo won (of course), but it was a close competition and mayyyybe the judge was a bit biased. If you're in a relationship, he definitely teases you about that later.

Choso Kamo

-He didn't understand the point at first when you had pulled the bubbles out, but soon he was filled with those same feelings he had when he thought of eating at a table with his brothers. (Joy) He teared up a bit at the thought.

-If you're in a relationship, he pulls you over, holding your hand, and feels you next to him as the two of you watch the bubbles float around in the wind.

-He tentatively picks up the wand, and because he never used them as a kid, he had no idea what he was doing, and failed pretty miserably on his first attempt, only blowing one bubble before all the fluid dripped off the stick. He quickly put the wand down and resigned himself to just watching you, even after you told him that you would teach him, he just shook his head and was content to watch you. Maybe next time.

The Dragon Prince

Soren

-He never once thought of using bubbles outside of the intended soapy purpose, but when you came to him with the idea of using them for fun, he was all ears.

-As seriously as he took his duties, he was by nature a playful person, and he was elated to watch you while he was on duty. As long as no one came by, it wouldn't be an issue. He was right in front of the palace door, after all.

Aaravos

-He was amused when you started the wave of iridescent colors, which reminded him of Leola's antics hundreds of years prior.

-He finds your youth and enjoyment of such simple things to be reinvigorating and beautiful, as he had forgotten his fondness of the Earth in the time since his fall.

Aaravos x reader where reader is also a startouch elf who was Aaravos’s lover but got imprisoned at the same time he did but in a different prison so instead of trying to lead Claudia and Viren to his prison he’s insisting they save his lover (but in his own ‘No! You can’t do it on your own you need this elf’s help!’ To avoid revealing something that would break his mystery facade- maybe reader had like a pet that guards their last residence and Aaravos is just like ‘oh yeah, that’s just ___ he bites.’ Feel free to add some plot to this it’s just a lil scenario that poofed into mah brain hole.

After Leola’s death, you and Aaravos shared your grief. When you had no more tears to cry, and the crater of her demise was full to the brim, you began plotting your revenge.

At first, everything was going great. No one suspected a thing.

But then, a human girl— A human girl, had the audacity to stick her nose into where it did not belong, and rat you two out to the arch dragons.

It all happened so fast, one moment Aaravos was shielding his lover from the onslaught of attacks; and then the next they were both enveloped in a crude, blinding light.

Your look of horror was the last thing he saw before he too was imprisoned.

The two of you were both granted a visage through intricate looking glasses, spared with only one shellshocked glance at each other before you were given to the arch dragon of ocean, Domina Profundis.

Every day, and every night, Aaravos cried in his prision.

First Leola, his kind and loving daughter, and now his spouse: the only thing he had left in this cruel world.

Everything seemed hopeless.

He might never hold you in his embrace.

You two might never see each other again.

That was until a middle-aged dark mage stumbled upon his looking glass. How it got from the clutches of Avizandum and Zubeia to the treasury of Katolis, he didn’t know. But old habits die hard, and Aaravos didn’t mind reusing some old tricks…

“Avizandum is dead.”

What…?

Avizandum, King Of The Dragons, the ringleader in his and his lover’s imprisonment. He was dead.

Aaravos felt a satisfaction he had not felt in a long time. Not only was this going to make his schemes easier, but hearing the news of his passing made Aaravos almost giddy with joy. Maybe he wasn’t the one to end Avizandum’s life, but knowing of his death was almost just as good.

Maybe this middle-aged, emotionally fragile man had potential. Maybe he would be a useful pawn.

Finally, after centuries in his prision, escape was within his grasp. He could leave this dreaded place. He could take revenge upon those wretched dragons and elves.

But in a final moment, he relented.

“No.”

“What do mean ‘no’? We’re this close to freeing you!” Claudia squawked indignantly, pinching her fingers together to emphasise her point.

“You need to free someone else first. Someone just as powerful, and just as essential to the plan.” Aaravos insisted, his ghost-like apparition pointing a finger to a second dot on the map.

“And who would that be?” Viren inquired, Raising and an eyebrow in suspicion.

The star touched elf resisted the urge to roll his eyes. His use for the old man was beginning to dwindle. “You will see when the time comes.”

Reluctantly, he managed to get Viren, Claudia, and Terry to agree, though the earthblood elf didn’t really put up much of an argument.

Roaring and ticketing sounded through the mountain where your prison was kept. Allegedly, the magic orb that contained you was imbedded into an ancient tree. In order to acquire it, the tree needed to be felled. Easy, right? Wrong.

The tree was guarded by a serpent-like dragon by the name of Mortem, who’s bite held enough venom to kill an archdragon.

“Don’t get bit.” Aaravos instructed.

He was so close to you. He could feel your energy radiating through the mountain.

And somehow, the earthblood elf managed to lead Mortem away and distract him long enough without getting bit for Claudia and Viren to cut down the tree and grab your prision.

The scrambled journey back down the mountain made his breath bait in anticipation. This was it. He was finally going to be able to see you again.

Once the ritual was complete, your giant form kneeled down to look the three mortals in the eye. Shrinking yourself down, his ghostly appearance caught your eye.

“Aaravos?” You ask incredulously.

“I’m here, beloved.”

✧ The first time Aaravos saw you clutching your abdomen, groaning and whimpering in pain, he instantly knew the cause was menstrual pain.

✧ Of course he's mature about it, neither bothered nor disgusted. To him, it's just as natural and necessary as any other process in life. Not only that, but he's also had five thousand years to "ponder the deepest mysteries of the universe," and has most definitely met lots of mortals; he pretty much knows everything about menstruation, from cramps to hormonal changes, so it's hardly unpredictable or new to him.

✧ Speaking of hormonal changes, he doesn't get mad or lash out when you're having mood swings. If you're angry, he's silent and lets you vent, until you're suddenly sad the next moment, and he just calmly pulls you into his chest. At moments when you get too worked up though, he leaves you be, to have time to yourself and cool off. Whatever your mood is, he knows that you're really just feeling bad and icky, in need of comfort, so he always offers you your favorite heating pad: his hands.

✧ He burns nowhere near as brightly as he once did, so instead he settled for using Sun magic to raise his temperature for you. Whenever you're having bad cramps, he pulls you into his lap—your back to his chest—and presses his hand against your tummy, rubbing it in soothing circular motions. The heat along with the massaging always does wonders for you, and Aaravos smiles as he feels you start to relax, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. He knows how much you adore his voice, too, so he recites poetry and stories of old until you fall asleep. <3

✧ Somehow he always seems to know the approximate dates of your cycle: when it may start, when it will stop, when you'll ovulate (😏), and repeat. Expect your necessities, warm baths, and something to intake that's also warm like a bowl of soup on the first day. If you want him to spoon-feed you, he smirks and lets out a light chuckle, obliging you because how could he not?

✧ He also uses the healing/medicinal properties of Earth magic, whether from his own connection or from plants (animals too maybe idk). If you get nausea during your period and have to vomit somewhere (like me 🥲), he rubs your back with a pained expression. It hurts him to see his lovely like this, but he's always there to help you through it.

✧ And there's no need for you to worry about his vengeful plans; he has all the time in the world, so don't think his vendetta will keep his loving, secure arms from being wrapped around you.

It's not that it was scary because of who she was but mostly because you had never been with a man who had a child. And you did not know how his daughter would react.

What if he had brought another before you to her and she liked his previous lover better?

What if she just hated you for some reason?

You were terrified. But seeing the look of joy and excitement on his face when you agreed gave you a bit of hope.

When the day comes that you are to meet her Aaravos is pretty convinced his little girl will love you. He had spoken about her many times leading up to this day, like how she was very smart and loved making friends with everybody. It was really sweet

When you first meet Leola, she's curious about you; she even looks at her dad and says, "What is this?" And you weren't sure if she was talking about you or the situation.

But as the day goes on leola warms up to you really fast. Like within a couple hours you have become her best friend.

And as your relationship with Aaravos and leola grows and you start coming around more often she just gets more attached.

She asks her dad about you all the time

"When's y/n coming over again?"

"Is y/n coming over today?

"Y/n would love this!"

Like she asks about you so much Aaravos starts low-key getting jealous,but he finds it adorable that leola loves you so much.

As a matter of fact, it makes Aaravos love you even more. He is so happy he has found someone that he loves and cares for who is not only amazing with his little unicorn, but that she also loves enough to start deeming you a parental figure

Once Aaravos thought he was living a life that was perfect. Oh, how wrong he was.

It took him time to realize but time was something he found himself having much of. He thought that life was pondering the mysteries of the cosmos but those mysteries paled in comparison to what he had now.

He looked up from one of his many books and out the window. On fields of green grass he saw you and his precious unicorn. Neither of you had a care for the rain that was dripping down onto your horns and hair.

In fact, it was rather the opposite. The two of you relished in it.

Leola had her head down but a bright, shining smile on her face. Her arms were tucked near her. Her hands flapped back and forth, shaking the water off her hands.

Your head was tilted backwards with a soft, content smile on your face. Your arms were stretched upward. Your hands clenched and unclenched like you were grasping at the rain.

Both of you jumped up and down.

Leola’s height was big. She moved up high. Her knees curled close to her body. Her legs bumped against her arms. He could hear her shrieking laughter from inside.

You didn’t jump as heigh. Your feet barely left the ground. When they reconnected with the earth, they were in a different spot than the last though. You spun in small, tight circles.

Aaravos stood from his desk. His work was something he could continue another time. This joy you shared with your daughter? That was precious. No tomb could ever hope to capture it.

For a moment, he watched the two of you. Leola’s laughter a more calming sound than the rain could ever hope to be. It soothed aches in his soul he never even knew existed.

With all the noise, it took no effort for him to sneak up behind his daughter and stop the rain from touching her skin with his upper body. It didn’t take but a moment for her laughter to stop.

Her head slowly tilted up before she shrieked.

Your relaxed posture snapped away. In less than an instant, your hands were poised to cast a spell. It was only when you saw your husband that your hand fell and the tension left. What replaced it was a flat expression that caused his smile to grow.

Leola ran from her father and he darted after her. It took no time for Aaravos to scoop her up within her arms. He shifted her to his hip as she reared her head back with a final shriek before her hands reached up, mimicking your own movements moments before.

Aaravos’s eyes softened as he looked from her to you. With his eyes on you, you began to spin once more. Your arms spread like a bird by your sides before they moved to the sky like your daughter’s.

Even with your eyes closed, it did not surprise you when Aaravos’s free hand grabbed your waist. Your hands swayed to the tune you hummed as they descended down. It was memory that allowed your hands to find his horns. They moved down into his hair and then to his neck.

His hand traveled up your side, past your shoulder and to your chin. He led you and you followed blindly into a kiss.

“Let us go inside,” Aaravos said.

Leola’s eyes shot open as she groaned. “Noooo,” she dragged out.

“Daddy’s right,” you said. “We wouldn’t want our precious unicorn to become ill, would we?”

You poked the tip of Leola’s horn.

“No,” she said softly.

Her finger curled around a section of Aaravos’s hair. The wet strands latched to her fingers. His hand moved back to your side as he led the two of you back inside.
