"What do we want?"
James held Odette’s and as they looked over the take out menu. “Um.. What about this… ‘Kung pao chicken and pea pod beef?”

Norrington turned his head at the soft padding of paws across the floor. But there was nothing there. “I must be losing my mind,” He murmured as he returned to cutting up the rest of the meat for dinner.
The shrill ring of his cellphone won his attention and he turned his back to the counter.It was only a telemarketer. He cursed loudly at the phone before hanging it up.
When he turned his attention back to his dinner, the meat was missing. “What in the Hell?”
He spotted a slimy trail left by the meat and followed it. When he reached the end of the trail, there sat an adorable puppy. It yipped happily, tail wagging back and forth.
"Odette? How did this dog get in here?"
Odette entered the room with a smile on her face. “Oh there he is! It appears he had gotten loose.. um surprise!”
James chuckled and picked up the little thief. “He is quite adorable, I’ll give him that. “

James spotted Odette standing by the gazebo over-looking the park’s pond. He pulled back on Squire’s leash and lightly tied him to the railing. Placing a finger to his own lips, James made a soft ‘sh’ sound before tiptoeing over to Odette. She seemed to be in deep thought but he knew she wouldn’t mind an embrace. He gently wrapped his arms around her and held her close. “Penny for your thoughts Swan?”
