JOHN CONSTANTINE’S IRISH COFFEE is the perfect way to unwind after a cold, long day. It contains alcohol, so please only make this if you’re of legal age

INGREDIENTS: we use Irish whiskey, hot coffee, brown sugar, white sugar, whipped cream, peanut brittle crumbles

PROCESS: We pour a warmed mug 3/4 of the way full with hot black coffee, stirring in a tablespoon each of brown and white sugar until it dissolves.We then add about an ounce or so of Irish whiskey and stir, before gently spooning whipped cream on top and dusting it with peanut brittle crumble.

TO ENJOY: Sip the coffee through the cream, preferably next to a fire on a rainy evening.
