Hey it's me that guy that draws memes. Oh yeah, I also make games too.
I'm working on a top-down fast-paced shooter where you draw your character and fight against others players drawings.
Let's call it: ARTillery
This is in its very early stages but I hope it interests any artist or gamers out there.
I'll be posting any progress I make on the game and I might even ask for some suggestions time to time.

We are excited to announce that we've partnered with FDG Entertainment! We've also updated Stardiver's art to 3x the original resolution and completely rewrote the engine to support it alongside many other new features. Here's a quick look at the Asteroid Farm to get the ball rolling!
Sprite Fonts are tricky to figure out for two reasons
1. Making Sprite Fonts are time consuming in Construct 3 - there are a bunch of tools that are meant to speed up the process like ShoeBox and Codehead’s Bitmap Font Generato, and Im sure there are many more - but those tool require some level of learning.
2. Getting the fonts to read correctly next to the coin was a bit more frustrating especially with the limitations that Im trying to hit with this demo.
I finally got most of it working though, and hooked up the Score to display the number of coins collected dynamically (phew)
