What are your current favorite Depeche Mode songs?

Well, here's a list because choosing one is too much and this is just based on songs I've been obsessively listen to lately.

Two Minute Warning (the chorus is catchy imo)

And Then... (song sounds like witchcraft with the alluring singing, especially in the chorus)

Get the Balance Right! (One of the perfect songs for workouts imo, especially Zumba or Cycling)

Lie to Me (So sexy 🥵)

Stories of Old (Sexy sexy song that Depeche Mode members would do a boy burlesque themed dance (🙈))

Black Celebration (same as Lie to Me, and Stories of Old in finding the song as there's so much to love in this song and kinda got them popular in the Gothic community (the album really) because I was also listening to Gothic music too)

Fly on the Windscreen (both versions as the song is sexy with a deadly feel to it, especially when Dave's alluring voice saying 'Come here' and Martin's seducing you with 'Touch Me'. Haunting that fits the Gothic feel to the album imo)

A Question of Time (Got into it too during the beginnings of listening to their other music of 2023 and onwards)

Stripped (a favorite in the album)

Here is the House (underrated with the best harmony from Dave and Martin)

World Full of Nothing (can't believe Martin sang this good ass song involving sex lol)

New Dress (Danceable as fuck)

Shake the Disease (overlooked too)

Never Let Me Down Again (always like this song when discovering it in my early college era (2023 and onwards)

The Things You Said (another song where I didn't know it was all Martin, and I really really fucking love this song when I found it)

Strangelove (one of the first songs my late father showed me when I was a kid as it was intriguing as the love fir this song grew more when I got older)

Nothing (blasted that song nonstop when I workout as I found this one during my early college era)

World in My Eyes (such a good song too and I didn't know it's Fletcher favorite song)

Sweetest Perfection (Another song where I didn't know it was Martin singing although I think I remember reading that Dave and Alan sang in the background too?)

Halo (😮‍💨)

Waiting for the Night (another sweet beautiful song with the soft voices of Dave and Martin as it's a lullaby from ghosts or sirens. Make sirens i mean or mermans. Debate on that.)

Enjoy the Silence (All time favorite and one of the songs my late dad introduced me to when I was a kid. Thank you Daddy)

Policy of Truth (Literal stripper song for Dave (although there's plenty of stripper songs for him) as it's a sexy song too)

Clean (Damn Dave's voice was something in this song)

Dangerous (😮‍💨😮‍💨 underrated too and danceable)

I Feel You (very much rock like from the previous songs)

Walking in My Shoes (Very personal song to me)

Judas (Another Another song where I wasn't aware of Martin singing as it's dark haunting yet beautifully sung)

In Your Room (so cinematic with this song from the singing to the instruments and everything)

One Caress (yeah Martin is really good at ballads and deserves to be in the rankings of best vocals lists with Dave too as it's why Depeche Mode is underrated af these days)

Higher Love (also cinematic too)

The Love Thieves (Dave's alluring voice = 🥺🖤)

It's No Good (yet another masterpiece my late father got me listening to as it's such a badass song as I'm surprised no one uses this song as an entrance song for i dunno any sports team like NBA or NFL? Or a movie perhaps? Show?)

Sister of Night (Dave is a witch that allures his victims with his wants and needs)

Freelove (This got me sobbing so bad on first listens that my mental health was on a low ground (then again this year/this school semester had my mental health lower than ever thanks to an ongoing medical issue) as it makes me wish for love and song is still depressing to me to this day)

Precious (🥺)

I Want It All (🥺🥺🥺🥺 why is this album depressing)

Wrong (Song is literally me since this year and my current school semester or really all the time as i wasn’t too aware of this song until recently)

Wagging Tongue (It's a Dave and Martin song tbh)

Ghosts Again (Beautiful song)

My Favorite Stranger (darkwave goth vibes on this song)

Before We Drown (so cinematic man)

People Are Good (danceable song imo)

Sorry if it's a long ass list. I didn't know what to put as it took all day to think. 😅🙈

Honestly i need an alternative universe where they're fairies or sirens or harpies or nagas or mermen or ghosts or something mystical related in a way, fantasy or horror related. 🙈
