Home training isn’t a waste of time. Here are three tips I give my clients to become stronger and stay focused: 1️⃣work on mobility (this we sometime over look due to time) focus on increasing your range of movements with lighter weights. 2️⃣create a challenge, we are all currently doing a squat challenge on top of our normal workouts. (This will help burn more calories but increase the endurance of your physique with a little challenge) 3️⃣Control your own body weight strength (increase your push ups from 1-10, then your squats and core stability so you feel you have more control of your own weight) These are all going to put you ahead of the game when the doors to your gym open up.
