On this blog we will talk about America and who controls the country. While most think it would be just the president it's actually the three branches. The Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branch control/run America. They all have an equal part in running country to ensure that no one branch holds much power to avoid tyranny and monarchy. As well as that, we will talk about about the Supreme Court ensures that our laws are fair and constitutional. We will learn the differences between laws and case laws and how important they are to ensure safety and the "freedom" of a country. We learn how much the constitution works: How much it is truly needed, how much those fundamental principles amendments are truly needed. That's all the constitution is it's a list of amendments that prevent any one person from having far too much power. We will talk about everything from the formation of Bills to the decisions of Congress and The House Of Representatives. Its our job to be informed.
