Absolutely nothing. I used to do this when I was a poor graduate student. It was usually how I got a weekly orange. There were a few hotels with continental setups in walking distance, and it was easy to just drift in, grab a bite, and drift out. I don't think the staff gave a shit, which helped.

The one time I got 'caught' the guy just said he'd charge me ten bucks next time he saw me. Ten bucks was still a great price for all the food there, so I went back with a ten spot, but guess who wasn't on shift, so I kept eating for free (this wasn't something I did every day, mind).
