#contingency contract 12

I haven't actually attempted the main map of CC12 yet but so far I've come up with 3 possible strategies for it:

1. Tank through the boss's invincibility phase with Specter S2 (either Specter, might bring both). Likely a valid strategy even on higher Risks, may need another dps source

2. Use the amazing trick of using Eunectes S2 to stun the boss during their invincibility and wait it out. Will require more set-up and timing than Strategy 1 but is very likely to work as long as no Risks are taken that lower block count

3. Bring in The Ebenholz Squad and see if I can buff him enough to one-shot both phases. Will almost certainly fall apart on higher risks if it can even get that far but would also be really funny

so i was clearing out the 49723463781 screenshots on my ipad bc i was cheap and only got 64gb and found a clear for one of the harder challenges from CC12... it makes me sad i dont have my r18 clear but then also like i just used kyostinv's guide anyways. this is one of the challenges that was fairly hard! but this clear is one i did trying to help my friend, whos a mostly maleknights player. im fairly proud of this because i think its a combo of a guide and me tryna utilize operators i dont use or skills i dont use on them as replacements. it helped him too!! he got it done!! and its too big to upload :(

go go eyja! also important timing was of kirito s2 to block the mortar guy while also being able to dmg the boss!

and down he goes... im really proud of this clear and i think i was excitedly telling my bf about it after for a while and at the time he didnt play arknights. (he does now but not really that often so hes still confusion but hes trying for me and i love him for it)

i enjoyed cc a lot. i dont really like the revamp. i have fond memories from CC2, my first real CC (was here for CC1 but was way too noob and couldnt even clear one of the daily stages on risk 0). i remember spending HOURS trying to clear risk18, i streamed it for my friends, it was a great time. the early OSTs are the best bc while operation blade has a special place in my heart, operation pyrite just fucking hits on another level.

anyways sorry for rambling im proud of this clear bc its a combination of what ive learned from guides and people posting their clears to create a guide that could work for my friend and what his roster has available and using operators he likes.

Here's my Contingency Contract 12 week 1 risk18 strategy.

Thorns can solo the left lane with S3M3 and max level. But since O get anxious at times, I deploy Skalter's seaborn in the left lane for Thorns support.

You can also use Blaze with S2 in place of Thorns, since she has block 3. I just went with Thirns because his deployment cost is cheaper and DP cost affects my overall deployment timing/order. 😅

Shining's module 2 gives her +15 ASPD I think, which is helpful if you have the lowered ASPD contract.

You can use Chongyue in place of SilverAsh since he has cheaper DP cost. I went with SA because my problem is the mob and I have the 1 Life Point contract. Heck, I even panic whenever I see the enemies already crowding Texas and SA and they both have 2 blocks 😅

Unless you're doing the challenge missions or the highest contract for 'Hateful Avenger,' he isn't really that big of a threat tbh. I had more problems with the mobs xgnafjs 🤣😅

Forgot to post yesterday, but yay, managed to risk18 + trim the SSS medal!

I didn't get to record my first clear because I never thought that I would actually clear it in one go yesterday (after several attempts in the previous days) but I will post a video soon of my second clear but with two different contracts from my first clear.

And yes, Thorns can solo the left lane but if he has S3M3 and max level I think and Skalter support/buffs

HOSHIGUMA....

was trying to clear r18 with passenger but he unfortunately got hit (he's supposed to be on the tile above myrtle) aaaand now I gotta wait for him to come back so i just. dropped Hoshi and prayed for redeploy (i only had a vague idea on what to do lmao)
