I just noticed it. Did Arc Systems announce anything about it? It's not for sale yet.
According to the store page, they're giving a 10% off the week it launches, plus another 10% (for a total of 20%) for people who own Calamity Trigger as well. Also you get the japanese voice pack at launch, and the soundtrack, and a pdf of the artbook. Hopefully, with this and Under Night InBirth, we'll be getting more PC releases from Ark Systems.
