Moves: The first move on this mon is leaf storm. Now let me tell you about leaf storm. This move has a monstrous high base power of 130 and fairly good accuracy, in fact the only draw back to this move is that it lowers you're spatk by 2 stages after using it similarly to draco meteor. Now what makes this move so great on serperior is the fact that serperior's ability is contrary. Contrary makes it so that any stat changes are flipped. Basically making it so that instead of leaf storm dropping you're spatk by 2 stages it raises your spatk by 2 stages basically giving you a free nasty plot boost. So basically after using this move three times you are at plus six and can pretry much demolish anything. Next we have dragon pulse. Now dragon pulse is there as a coverage move to hit dragons. Specifically dragon flyings that would 4x resist leaf storm. The reason that this is one of its coverage moves is really because serperior has a terrible move pool. It's just bad as far as coverage goes. Dragon pulse and hidden power is really all it has so ya. dragon pulse yay! Next it's a toss up between hidden power fire and hidden power ground. Hidden power fire is so that scizor and ferrothorn can't switch in on you, where as hidden power ground is so that you aren't completely walled by heatran. Really it just depends on which one is more difficult for your team to handle. Finally we have filler for the filler. Glare is nice to spread paralysis where as giga drain is better to recover life orb recoil and to have a 100% accuracy grass move it's really up to your choice.
Spread: max special attack and max speed then dump the rest wherever. That's pretty simple. Timid is by far the best nature because serperior has a really strange base speed of 113 which out speeds the fairly common base 110 mons like the latis, mega metagross, gengar, and several others. You can't out speed these threats however if you are modest. Contrary is a must or else serperior is pretty much useless in a competitive sense so you should probably run that.
