Background: Garret uses the time turner to save the McKinnons.
It all started late at night and Marlene felt heavier than a killer whale. She was uncomfortable, he feet hurt and so did her back, but she just couldn’t sleep, she was terribly upset. One second she was pacing around the house and the other she was giving birth in St. Mungo’s and Andrew Gallagher was born on January 15th at 4 a.m.
When everything calmed down, Marlene fell asleep with her son sleeping on her chest. Garret had owled to her father who was the first to arrive and stayed with her but also the one who owled the rest of the family. She slept for an hour or two, woke up and then fall asleep again. This time she woke up around the middle of the afternoon. Apparently Garret had moved Andrew to the crib.
Marlene sat down, groaning a little and rubbed her eyes with both hands. Both Garret and her father where talking quietly. It took a while, but she managed to convince them to go and eat something. She carefully took Andrew and wrapped him with a blanket. He was the most beautiful baby she had ever seen and Marlene wasn’t sure if she had ever loved anyone this much in her whole life. “Hi” she smiled widely at the baby who looked at her curiously. Just at that moment, she felt the door opening and she looked up. A tired but bright smile spreaded across her face at the sight of her brothers. “Hullo” she grinned.
