Bogum had to attend an official dinner at his dad’s company and since they usually bore him to death he had asked Chaeyeon if she wanted to join him. Well, he didn’t really ask but more like demanded that she’d accompany him, not just because he wanted to show up with someone but also because it was hopefully going to keep the other women at bay. He was the heir of his father’s company after all which meant that he had plenty of money at his disposal which seemed to attract a lot of the women who showed up at those dinner parties.
The evening had just begun and dinner was still an hour away but Bogum noticed that Chaeyeon kept staring at the cake that was nicely presented on a table in the corner of the room and upon hearing her words he couldn’t help but laugh. “I don’t know. I guess if you want to find out you’ll have to go give it a try. I can guaranty that you’ll turn heads and get stared at. I’m not going to stop you though if you want a piece of that cake.”
