Yeah, I see what you're saying. I mean, I tend to rate sexual stuff based on the level of description. If it's described but not in detail I'll give it an M. Like you said, if it's only about a paragraph or so, it's not usually all that graphic.
I'm probably going to keep it as an M for now. It's not *super* violent, and most of it happens really quickly or off screen. It's probably suitable as an M.
