After that latest episode, it becomes apparent that besides the general "Mr. Perfect" and "Perfection = OCD" image that we knew affected Nice and his personality, there is also another layer to it after what happened to hero Smile (see hallucination in episode 23). Not to mention Nice's eyes at this point in episode 23 are empty and dead. It's all really coming together

I think the reason why MCYuri feels so much like a hetslop ship is because so many of the people who like it just... treat it like a hetslop ship. I don't think there's absolutely nothing between these two — I probably wouldn't like Mabyuri as much if there wasn't! But I really don't think a lot of the people who enjoy MCYuri really get Yuri as a character rather than a half of a pairing or as a sexy shy girl waifu. There's things to salvage with this pairing, but I legitimately have not really seen anyone make use of those things very much, if at all.
