when mcr played the world is ugly at brisbane night 1, I saw the song in a whole new light. to me this song is a t4t anthem now
I am forever thinking about that time someone made a tumblr poll asking "what's your favorite Conventional Weapons song?" and the results were so perfectly evenly split of like. 1.1% The World is Ugly 1.1% Surrender the Night 1.1% Tomorrow's Money etc etc 90% Boy Division.
And they had to make a new poll like "okay OTHER THAN BOY DIVISION what is your favorite Conventional Weapons song?"
Listening to Conventional Weapons and being able to hear which parts got picked out and transmuted and put into Danger Days.
