Christmas Cookies.

I have been told they are the easiest kinds of cookies to make cuz it’s just sugar/shortbread cookies in different shapes and decorated.

I tried to make 48 Christmas cookies. 24 sugar, 24 shortbread.

12 burned.

24 are disgusting. My recipe I found for shortbread cookies SUCKED. Also they crumbled. I think I put in too much flour somehow. Never again.

11 are misshapen, uneven, and/or don’t look anything like they were supposed to look. I am embarrassed to see them.

1 looks like a penis and turned out perfect in every other way. Not what it was supposed to be (reindeer) but amusing and worth mentioning.

I came prepared and bought 24 pre-baked sugar cookies to decorate cuz I suspected I would fail. I semi-successfully decorated 12 of those cookies. The rest will never be mentioned again.

Is it worth bringing 12 cookies that I didn't actually bake to the party I intended to bring 48-64 to?
