Nah, from what I understand “Fresh” itself is like, a starfish shaped little parasite. Only one in the entire multiverse or something like that? So this means the Fresh parasite moved on from possessing a Sans to possess a Papyrus instead. Because IIRC Fresh can possess any monster? So,
