Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/2 cup cookie dough chunks.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until it reaches soft-serve consistency. During the last few minutes of churning, add in mini chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
