What do you make for a picnic in the oppressive heat? Unless you’ve got a cool box and don’t mind lugging it around (the often 3 mile walk from car park to desired picnicking spot, meat and dairy are most definitely not going to do well in a carrier.

Well this worked well. Ready in the time it took to cook the pasta and gobbled up by 100% of my children. May also get by those who frown on saucy pasta.
