I haven't posted any of my own food for a while but today I felt like being a bit extra :)
Today I made some banana breakfast muffins with 1 banana, 2 eggs, and a couple spoons of oats. Then, I sprinkled over some flax seeds, flakes almonds, and pumpkin seeds. For some, I added dark chocolate or blueberries for a little more decadence. Of course, I had to have some peanut butter to perfectly complement the banana.
I personally feel that it turned out really well.
