Easy Recipe Monday – Sun-Dried Tomatoes Pesto!
Pesto is one of my favorite sauces, the fun part is to be able to make numerous versions of it. If you think about the combination of the ingredients in this recipe ; basil, sun-dried tomatoes, dried red chilies……it is mouthwatering! Some of the recipes I would use this pesto are sauteed shrimp or as a base sauce for a pizza. Hope you get a chance to try it. Enjoy!
