Yesterday we talked for an hour about the show and today she texted me this theory about Crowley's mysterious fall: "What if Crowley was actually fighting on Heaven’s side but Heaven let him be captured by Hell because he asked too many questions - annoying, like Job’s youngest daughter - and then erased some of his memories because he knew some of Heaven’s secrets?

"But they forgot to erase the password memory for files"
