What would you pen with this?

The ballpoint pen, casket and stand are made of merbau wood, brass metal elements. Two spare rods are hidden on the stand. In the box, the mineral glass, if necessary, can easily be replaced, the frame, pressing glass, is attached to the screws. On the lock of the box there is an engraving of Petrograd. The box has wooden legs. The stand went to the brass legs with leather stickers.
