Cool references in SPY X FAMILIY

...some cool references in the manga lately!

(slight manga spoilers ahead!!)

suppose someones been to the cinemas for a certain spy movie before ch105, maybe?

if the new elderly neighbour in ch90 is a reference to Sigmund Freud, who is considered the father of psychology, then this is a pretty cool moment

Did you notice Sweet Bee in the Bright Moon mural? Also the Star Sisters (not the Star Siblings)

I didn’t notice that! Let’s look!

There she is! And she’s with… Frosta’s mom? I think? Which is funny because Frosta and Sweet Bee both tried to flirt with He-Man in the same 80s episode.

(“Tried” is the operative word.)

And there’s the Star Sisters! I dig this reference (I think they’re at Princess Prom too?) and the Star Siblings from s5 a lot. I like to imagine they’re all descendants of the same millennia-old space family.

Those who have read through at least Part 4 will recognize something in this picture, I didn’t notice it at first until I adjusted the brightness/contrast. It’s always neat when David Production inserts stuff like this (like the star birthmark showing in Part 1).
