A Whirlwind Kind Of Day- Madison
So, today was kind of special. First of all, I got a taste of what next semester is gonna be like. I did not like what I saw. The Emi in my Emison was gone, and it was a rough life. Emison will experience different lunch hours next semester, and it is not going to be fun. Not at all.
However, whilst this is going on, several other things went down. Not only did I play cups with a friend of mine, singing at the top of my lungs, in the cafeteria at lunch, but.....I decided to become a nun.
Now, most times when people just up and decide to be a nun, its to do with some sort of trauma with the male race. However, this is not the case for today. It was just simply this. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Now imagine how funny it would be if I were a nun. I hope I made your monday. It certainly made mine. It all started when Ainsley and I were in math class. We were discussing how in american movies, catholic school is always run by "the sisters", and how hilarious it would be if we had nuns walking around our school. I mean, PF is a crazy place, but if we could just add nuns to the mix...well, it could be fantastic. So, for the rest of the period, and through all of period 4 (its religion...what better place is there to talk about nuns), we got right down to business. We quickly asked our teacher where the nearest convent was. He said he really didn't know or care, but probably Toronto (thanks Chambers). He did however share some stories from when the nuns still ran the catholic schools. One involved a student who couldn't see properly. She kept standing up to see the blackboard. The nun did not approve, and promptly tied her to a chair. Ainsley and I were right. This could bring us hours of entertainment. So, since we had no knew information on the location of our new home, we decided to do some other important work. You can't show up at the convent without a couple really good nun jokes. A few are as follows
-Welcome To The Sisterhood (X Men "welcome to the botherhood" picture with photoshopped nun habit)
-Men?? Aint nobody got time for that (Sweet brown, also photoshopped)
-To the Nunnery, and Beyond! (Buzz, also photo-shopped...we have a lot of work to do before we go)
so like...has EVERYONE mastered the art of listening to music whilst watching t.v. at the same damn time?i swear i try my best but its hard to enjoy nirvana when l.o.k is on...
