Here is Captain Bennett's theme in the original form up top, and the second is actually an arranged version by the artist on YouTube called E-Tank. Absolute Chill is the name of the song. And this show Man's face theme from Mega Man 10. I'd love to get a drawing of Captain Bennett using his powers, taking inspiration from this drawing from his counterpart:
