The station was so beautiful And though the trains are gone Such magnificent infrastructure Means their memory will live on. Go I was invited to tour a historic homestead today - it’s a rare treat, because they don’t do the tours very often these days. The weather was far from kind, it was raining, it was cold, it was Saturday morning… I almost didn’t go. But, I just went. And had the BEST time, wowed by the sense of history, beautiful things, excellent company and a wonderful morning tea. A good year – 2018 – day 195

Woke to a very cold morning, at 4.30 am. I am so pumped for the second day’s walk.  After removing the ice from the car it was time to drive to Esk.
