Coop City in Bronx - the largest housing cooperative in the world! Although some 45.000 people live there, there's no subway, just buses.. and so most people seem to rely on their cars. Missed opportunity for sure.

Work on NYC book continues! Just finished illustrating a tower block from the colossal Coop City in Bronx - the largest housing cooperative in the world! The scale of this building is just ridiculous in comparison with any similar London based project. The estate was finished in 1973 and is home to some 45.000 residents.⁣
