I just finished crimes of passion 3 chapter 1, here are my thoughts. Spoilers below.

Well…That was terrible… like genuinely. I’m kinda annoyed with everything tbh. Overall, the pacing was wack 💀 and the dialogue was weird too. Everything was happening way too fast, plus diving right in to getting married(Even though we didn’t, not the point) was so ??? The proposal book beforehand was also incredibly weird and I was hoping it was just because it was supposed to be short and just lead into book 3 but the badness of it was the only thing that carried into book 3. Sorry i’m frustrated LMAO. Moving on, I use a Male MC and a Male Trystan and the suits look so weird on them like it genuinely bothered me so bad, and don’t even get me started on the wedding hairstyles😭 Like my MC has short black hair what is that blonde man bun. Also Tommy just dying is crazy LMAO, like alright. Plus the lack of reaction, like genuine reaction was so off putting i’m sooo mad. Anyway let me know what yall think of it, maybe you guys liked something from the first chapter.

I think I’ve seen a few people do this but I haven’t seen one with f!MC x f!Trystan. It’s been such an itch in my brain so I had to do a quick sketch of it cuz it’s perfect for them :’) I love these chaotic sapphics, their dynamic is unmatched!

Tbf, I think there might me something wrong with me as I wish upon character deaths in multiple books. Crimes of Passion, Blades of Light and Shadow AND Immortal Desires. And a little bit in RR books; (prob, unpopular opinion, I did not like Liam, I feel like a LI dying in that story after MC becomes prezhnat, would've been spicy, but disliked)

I simply want some drama like so.

MC's mom in ID 2 dies, causing the character to spiral into a mass murderer. (yas moment)

MC in BOLAS 3 ends magic. (personally, I feel it going like so, MC dies and kills the goddess and ends magic.)

And for COP 3, I had already foamed enough.

If I wasn't completely sold on Trystan, the scene where he exposed the mayor to the paparazzi just did it for me. Wish mc could've done it but I definitely encouraged him

Ok finished CoP2 and the angst wasn’t as much as I wanted but now just imagine that Trystan and mc do breakup but listen to Last Kiss by Taylor Swift while thinking about that….
